The Multiplier-Conference is the annual meeting of COOL multipliers. Over the course of three days, we focus on an intensive exchange of experiences and networking.

The program always includes a focus on a current challenge. The highlight of the conference is a visit to a COOL Innovation school. The pedagogical concept is presented directly on-site and can be experienced through observation and discussions with students, teachers, and school management.

The aim of the conference is to integrate the learnings sustainably into the school development process at one’s own school, but also to make them available to others.
