Every year, an advanced training course (12 ECTS) starts. Teachers must enrol as a team.

Over a period of two years, COOL development work is initiated and advanced at the teachers’ own schools.

The focus of the course is on the personal professionalization of the teachers and the implementation of a school development project.

The didactic focus is on cooperative methods and learning-by-doing. In the field of training and teaching, post-activity feedback and reflection are common tools.
