The challenges of the future can only be mastered together. Cooperation is becoming a key factor in our society!

COOL promotes and demands cooperation.

For learners to become team players, teachers must also work in teams. They plan, reflect, and evaluate their work in professional learning communities. This means that there are regular team meetings, an assembly at the beginning of each school year, and meetings of class teacher teams for reflection, planning, and further development of teaching work.

Cooperative forms of work used specifically in COOL lessons strengthen the learners’ ability to work in a team and their communicative competence. This setting meets their needs and prepares them for their future lives.
